Where are you located?

Our office is located in the beautiful city of Antwerp, in Belgium.

Where are your products made?

All our products besides the watch cases are in Europe. Our watch rolls, watch pouches etc. are made in France, Switzerland and Italy. Our watch cases are made in Canada.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

On the bottom of each email from us you can always find an unsubscribe button. When you click it, you’ll be unsubscribed and we’ll never contact you on that email again unless you opt-in again.

Order

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order items will be carefully checked, packaged and labeled so our shipping carrier can pick them up and bring them to your place as soon as possible. This usually happens before 3 PM CET. All watch rolls, watch cases, watch pouches, watch winders etc. are double checked before packing them to ensure there are no flaws.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After placing an order, our system automatically generates an order confirmation form that is added to your order confirmation email, this is sent out within 5 minutes of ordering. In case you can’t find it we always recommend checking your spam folder first. If you can’t find it there, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email at Contact@c-bholdings.com or use our contact form on the website.

What do I need to do if I never received my order?

That would be very unfortunate, but please reach out to us at Contact@c-bholdings.com or use our contact form on the website and we’ll make sure to get this sorted out for you as soon as we can.

What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?

Please reach back to us as soon as you recognize something’s wrong with any of the watch rolls, valet trays, watch stands or any other product you ordered from Hovini. You can contact us here or with the following email address Contact@c-bholdings.com

What can cause my order to be delayed?

We generally package and ship orders the same day of ordering. Delays could be caused during extremely busy sales days like Black Friday and national holidays. Most delays that could occur are caused by logistic delays on our courier service side, mostly due to the pandemic or busy national holidays seasons.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer free shipping for all customers worldwide. There is also an option for an upgrade to express shipping where orders get priority packing and shipping.

All orders placed before 3 PM CET on a weekday are shipped the same day. All orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on if you chose the free or priority shipping option and the country your order has to be shipped to, shipping times vary between 1-7 days. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our orders from beautiful Antwerp, Belgium.

What is the Return Policy?

In case you don’t love the product you purchase from us, we’ll take it back without questions asked. Our return policy allows you to return any items that are in unused, original condition and with original undamaged packaging within 14 days of receiving it.

All return shipments have to be marked/labeled as a return so no import duties would occur when returning the item back to our office.

I want to return my purchase! What should I do?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at Contact@c-bholdings.com or use the contact form on our Contact page as soon as possible. We will then make all the necessary arrangements and make sure your return is solved as soon as possible!

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

In case you want to change your watch roll, valet tray, watch stand, watch case or other products  to another color, we can of course do this for you. For product exchanges please contact us at Contact@c-bholdings.com or use the contact form on our contact page.

Do I need to pay import fees in Europe?

Since all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium, orders from countries in the European Union don’t have to worry about paying any import duties or additional costs.

Payment

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes we accept all international credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple pay etc. All international credit cards are processed through Stripe secure payment gateway.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Because we are a European based company, we included sales taxes on all our displayed prices on the webshop. No additional tax or fee has to be paid to us. However, if you are based outside of the European Union, your country may charge you additional tax/toll or handling fees when importing the goods.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Since all orders are shipped from Belgium, which is a country part of the European Union, you don’t have to worry about paying any additional fees when ordering our products. If you are located outside of the EU, we suggest checking the import fees of your country before ordering.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards but also Apple pay, Paypal, Klarna, Bitpay but also traditional Bank Transfers.

What is the warranty period?

All our leather products like watch rolls, valet trays, watch pouches are handmade in Europe. We are proud to offer 15 years of warranty on these products since we stand behind our quality. Our watch winders made by SwissKubik have a guaranteed 3 year Warranty period.

What does warranty cover?

Our 3 to 15 year warranty covers all manufacturer defects. Wear and tear due to daily use is not covered by warranty. You can find more information about the warranty on our Terms & Conditions page.

Do all the products have warranty?

Yes, all our handmade leather products (like watch rolls for example) are covered by a guaranteed 15 years warranty period. Our watch winders are made by SwissKubik and have a 3 year warranty period.

Which materials do you use in your watch rolls?

The Hovini watch rolls are all made out of Saffiano leather, but what is it and why should you care? Saffiano leather was introduced in 1913 by Prada for their luxurious handbags. After the expiration of Prada’s patent for the use of Saffiano leather, many brands in luxury leather goods started using it for their products. The choice for Saffiano leather was due to its high durability and scratch-resistant properties. Besides, the material is also water-repelling and extremely easy to maintain. Until this day, those same characteristics convinced us to work with Saffiano leather for our handmade watch rolls.

Where are the watch winders made?

SwissKubik watch winders are produced in Switzerland, our Hovini Titanium edition is customized in Belgium by our craftsmen.

Which materials are used in the valet trays?

Our valet trays use soft grained leather on the outside and alcantara on the inside to protect your watches, jewelry and other accessories in the best possible way.

Which watch size can I use in the watch rolls?

Our watch rolls will fit watches up to 46mm including the crown and pushers.

How should I care for my watch rolls and other leather products?

A little care can go a long way in not only protecting your watch rolls but also extending it’s lifespan. The first and most important rule with all leather products is to make sure that you avoid water at all costs. Water is the mortal enemy of leather and will stain, discolor and weaken the fibers of the material. It can in the long term also dry out the leather.

When you’re not using your watch roll, watch pouch or valet tray, we suggest storing it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat so the saffiano leather can breathe and not dry out. Every few years moisturizing the leather is also recommended.
